FCSA has an elected Board of Directors (BOD).  FCSA's board is responsible for the oversight of the FCSA operation.  From managing our referees, to working with Winchester Parks and Recreation department to monitor and improve the soccer complex, the various directors are working diligently to maintain and improve Franklin County Soccer Association.
